“ As a residential customer with an elevator that is under contract since 2009 with your company, I am happy to be able to write a letter that provides a compliment to two of your employees.

Since becoming your customer, only one person, Mike, has serviced my elevator. Unfortunately, there was need for him to visit my home several times during February and March 2011. Between 2003 and 2009, my elevator had been serviced by a different company who practically each time sent a different repairman to my home. Some were more knowledgeable than others.
